Clinical Lead Dietetics, Senior Dietitian, Feeding Therapist
Symone is an experienced dietitian and exercise physiologist and holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours in Dietetic) and Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) from the University of Sydney. Symone has experience working in early life nutrition, supporting families on their journey through fertility, pregnancy, and early childhood. She has experience working with children with various developmental backgrounds to for children who present with fussy eating and restrictive eating, are neurodivergent (autism spectrum disorder, ADHD), and who have a diagnosed genetic or neurological conditions (including trisomy 21 and cerebral palsy), as well as those with global developmental delays.

As an Exercise Physiologist, Symone provides evidence-based exercise intervention, education, home exercise programs, resources, along with intensive therapy programs to assist your child to maximise their physical skills and assist with their transition through each developmental phase. With a focus on play, exercise interventions are fun and easy for the whole family to implement.
Symone is passionate about the impact that early nutrition and lifestyle factors can have on health across the lifespan. She understands the complexity of implementing strategies and changes and supports children and families with individual planning through parent coaching, and one-to-one therapy. Symone is able to connect with children and their families, to support them to understand how everyone can enjoy food, no matter the circumstance.
Symone has advanced training in Growth during childhood, Constipation management, Sensory and Motor strategies to support Feeding, Responsive family-based feeding practices, and Fertility and Pregnancy Nutrition.

Ellyse is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who holds a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics with Distinction from the University of Wollongong. She is passionate about working alongside children and their families to provide tailored and evidence-based support, that empowers caregivers to feel confident in navigating their child’s feeding journey.

Ellyse has experience working with children who present with fussy and restrictive eating, are neurodivergent (including Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), are diagnosed with various genetic and neurological conditions (including Trisomy 21) and children with global developmental delays.
Taking a holistic and collaborative approach, Ellyse delivers individualised and family-centred support through a combination of parent coaching and one-to-one therapy. She builds strong, therapeutic relationships with her clients and families, ensuring that strategies are aligned with each family’s unique goals and values.
Ellyse is committed to lifelong learning and ongoing professional development. She has completed the Royal Children’s Hospital Certificate in Paediatric Nutrition and Dietetics and has pursued additional training in responsive family-based feeding practices, growth during childhood, constipation management, sensory and motor strategies to support feeding, and fertility and pregnancy nutrition.
