Terms and Conditions 

1. Introduction 

Welcome to Beyond Limits, a learning and support platform designed to make therapy training simple, effective, and accessible. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Beyond Limits app and website (collectively, the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.  

2. Eligibility 

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you: 

  • are at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian; and 

  • have the authority to use the Platform in your capacity as a clinician, carer, parent, teacher, or authorised organisation staff member.  

3. Purpose of the Platform 

Beyond Limits provides: 

  • expert therapy training for clinicians across multiple disciplines; 

  • practical guidance and educational resources for carers, parents, and teachers; and 

  • tools for creating, managing, and assigning learning modules, tracking progress, and supporting children more effectively. 

 The Platform is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.  

4. User Accounts 

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for: 

  • maintaining the confidentiality of your login details; 

  • ensuring information provided is accurate and current; and 

  • all activity conducted under your account. 

 Beyond Limits may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise the safety of users. 

5. Content and Intellectual Property 

All content on the Platform—including videos, lessons, text, graphics, logos, and training modules—is owned by Beyond Limits or its licensors. 

 Users must not: 

  • copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission; 

  • remove or alter copyright notices; or 

  • upload content that violates intellectual property rights.  

    Content created or uploaded by clinicians or staff (“User Content”) remains their property; however, by uploading, you grant Beyond Limits a non‑exclusive licence to store, display, and deliver this content to authorised users as part of Platform functionality.  

6. User Responsibilities 

You agree to: 

  • use the Platform only for lawful purposes; 

  • respect the privacy of children, families, clinicians, and staff; 

  • not misuse the Platform, including by attempting to access unauthorised areas or data.  

    You must not upload harmful or inappropriate content, including material that is offensive, misleading, or violates laws or professional standards.  

7. Learning Assignments and Progress Tracking 

The Platform allows clinicians and authorised staff to create, assign, and track training modules. Carers, parents, and teachers may receive resources tailored to a child’s needs. Progress tracking is for informational and support purposes only and should not replace professional judgement.  

8. Notifications 

The Platform may send push notifications or email alerts related to: 

  • new training assignments; 

  • updates to uploaded content; 

  • progress tracking; or 

  • account or system changes.  

    You may adjust notification preferences within your device settings where applicable. 

9. Third-Party Services 

The Platform may link to external websites, videos, or services. Beyond Limits is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third‑party services.  

10. Service Availability 

While we aim to ensure continuous access, the Platform may experience interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Beyond Limits is not liable for any downtime or resulting impacts.  

11. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond Limits is not liable for: 

  • errors or omissions in content; 

  • any loss, injury, or damages arising from reliance on Platform information; 

  • interruptions, data loss, or unauthorised access.  

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.  

12. Termination 

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time by deleting your account (if applicable) and uninstalling the app. 

13. Changes to These Terms 

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
