Jessica founded Beyond Limits Paediatric Therapy in 2020. She started with a passion for providing exceptional allied health services to children in the Camden area. Since starting Beyond Limits, Jessica has had three children, and she now leads the team alongside her husband Jacob. Jessica has a strong passion for leadership, education and fostering a culture of professional growth. She is committed to ensuring children feel seen, heard and genuinely cared for.

  • Jessica graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Occupational Therapy. She has extensive experience supporting children with a range of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Sensory Processing Disorder, and Global Developmental Delay. Jessica is committed to providing evidence-based, child-centred care, using holistic treatment approaches.

    Jessica is passionate about helping children thrive and building strong, trusting relationships with the families she works with. She takes pride in creating a supportive environment that empowers parents and caregivers, while tailoring therapy to meet each child’s unique needs. Jessica is especially driven by her desire to make a meaningful impact not only within the clinic, but also in the broader community.

    To ensure her clinical skills remain at the highest level, Jessica has completed a wide range of advanced paediatric trainings. These include DIR®/Floortime™, Therapeutic Listening®, Psycho-Sensory Processing Intervention, and courses on specialised topics, including sensory processing, feeding, sleep, behaviour, trauma and visual-vestibular integration. Her continued professional development reflects her dedication to delivering the highest quality care and staying at the forefront of occupational therapy practice.

Libby

Allied Health Team Leader, Clinical Lead Occupational Therapy, Senior Occupational Therapist

Libby is a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist, graduating from Western Sydney University (WSU) with a Bachelor of Health Science (Honours) and a Master of Occupational Therapy, as well as a Diploma of Leadership and Management from TAFE NSW.

  • In her leadership role at Beyond Limits, Libby mentors clinicians, leads internal education, and supports service development. She is passionate about team growth and fostering a collaborative learning culture. Libby is currently completing her Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) at WSU and teaches within the undergraduate occupational therapy program at WSU as a casual academic in the School of Health Sciences.

    Clinically, Libby has experience working with children who present with a range of conditions due to her background as a hospital-based senior occupational therapist, including supporting babies and young children with Developmental Delays or a background of prematurity; who have a neurological condition (including Cerebral Palsy, Acquired/Traumatic Brain Injury or Stroke); who have fussy or restrictive eating; are Neurodivergent; and children with a diagnosed or suspected genetic condition (including Trisomy 21). She uses a play-based, neuro-affirming, and trauma-informed approach to guide her work with children, underpinned by family-centred practice.

    Libby holds advanced training in areas including upper limb therapy, assistive technology prescription, responsive feeding, and is skilled in specialised assessments such as the Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development (4th Edition); Perceive, Recall, Plan and Perform (PRPP); Hammersmith Infant Neurological Examination (HINE); and Prechtl’s Method of Qualitative Assessment of General Movements (GMs). She has additional training to implement specialised programs including Occupational Performance Coaching (OPC); Mobility and Accessibility for Children and Adults (MACA); Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupational Performance (CO-OP); SOS Approach to Feeding; Responsive Feeding House Model; Advanced Upper Limb Therapy (M-CIMT and Bimanual Therapy); and DIR®/Floortime™.

    Libby is a compassionate and driven therapist who is deeply committed to her local community, having grown up in the area and completing all levels of her education locally. Her strong connection to place fuels her passion for providing high-quality, personalised support to families, while championing excellence, growth, and collaboration within her team and the wider profession.

Bethany (Beth)

Occupational Therapist

Beth is an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting children reach their full potential in a fun, imaginative way. She holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) from Western Sydney University. She has experience working with children presenting with prematurity; are at a high risk of or who have a neurological condition (seizure disorders); are neurodivergent (Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), as well as those with Global Developmental Delays.

  • Beth implements play-based approaches to support children to participate in activities that are a part of their daily life. Through family goal setting, client goal setting, play-based therapy and community access, Beth aims to support both clients and their families.

    Beth has advanced training in Sleep Matters, Astronaut Program®; Traffic Jam in my Brain®; Quickshifts®; Best Practices for Implementing Interoception-Based Supports; Getting Started with Key Word Sign; DIR®/Floortime™; Toileting - Interoception and Nutrition: An Evidence-Based Approach for Promoting Toileting Success; and Independence and Conquering the Wee’s and Poo’s. Beth is currently engaging in Becoming a Behavioural Detective: Understanding and Supporting Complex Behaviour training.

Georgia

Occupational Therapist

Georgia is an Occupational Therapist, graduating from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). She has been working with neurodivergent children in various capacities since 2016 and has extensive experience supporting autistic children and their families. Additionally, she has worked with children with feeding limitations and those from trauma backgrounds, providing compassionate and individualised care to meet their unique needs.

  • Georgia is passionate about using a play-based therapy model and a strengths-based approach to empower children to reach their full potential. She values evidence-based practice and is committed to continuously expanding her knowledge as a therapist. Georgia is a calming presence in sessions, with an aim to create a safe and supportive environment where children and families feel understood and engaged in the therapeutic process.

    Recent advanced trainings include Trauma-Sensitive Practice; the Learn Play Thrive Approach to Autism; the SOS Approach to Feeding; and the Babble and Munch Foundations of Paediatric Feeding. She is currently undertaking training to administer the Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development (4th Edition) assessment to paediatric clients, enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive evaluations.

Sarah

Occupational Therapist

Sarah is an Occupational Therapist who holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Western Sydney University. She has experience working with children living with Neurodiversity, Muscular Dystrophy, Cerebral Palsy, and Sensory Processing challenges. With a background spanning both clinical and school-based settings, Sarah specialises in delivering client-centred therapy to enhance motor skills, sensory integration, and daily functioning, fostering independence and participation in everyday activities.

  • Sarah is passionate about fine motor development and rehabilitation. She excels in creating therapeutic environments that engage children through play and meaningful activities. Her work is driven by a commitment to helping children develop the skills necessary for academic success, self-care, and positive social interactions. By integrating creative approaches such as movement and adaptive technology, Sarah ensures therapy is both effective and enjoyable.

    Sarah has undertaken advanced training in several evidence-based interventions to enhance her clinical expertise and support the diverse needs of the children she works with. Her professional development includes the DIR®/Floortime™ and Quickshifts®. She has also completed Introduction to Childhood Apraxia of Speech; The Traffic Jam in My Brain®; and Transporting Children with Disabilities and Medical Conditions through Mobility and Accessibility for Children in Australia. In addition, she has undertaken training in Functional Hand Use in Hemiplegia (CP Teaching), further strengthening her ability to deliver targeted, high-quality care.

Kimberley (Kim)

Occupational Therapist

Kim has always had a passion for working with children and their families to reach their full potential. She holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Western Sydney University. Kim advocates for inclusivity; she aims to empower and enable young individuals she works with to participate in tasks and activities without feeling limited or excluded.

  • Kim has experience working with children and young adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Global Development Delays. In addition, Kim has worked with children who demonstrate difficulties with gross motor, fine motor skills, play skills, self-care skills, social skills and sensory processing.

    Training courses Kim has completed include the DIR®/Floortime™; Fragile X: An Overview and Introduction to Care Mapping; Move Play Grow; Relationships Matter: Eating and Feeding Matters; and Supporting Children Who Experience Anxiety. Additional training includes Supporting Clients with a PDA Profile and The Traffic Jam in My Brain®. These courses reflect Kim’s commitment to expanding her knowledge in key areas of paediatric development and intervention.

    Kim has a strong passion for martial arts and staying fit at the gym. In addition, Kim enjoys reading, completing arts and crafts projects such as assembling origami pieces and playing video games in her spare time.

Natalie

Occupational Therapist

Natalie is a compassionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist with experience in working with children with a range of diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder; Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder; Intellectual Disability; Oppositional Defiance Disorder; and Global Developmental Delay. She has completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Western Sydney University.

  • Natalie has predominantly worked in the private practice sector, providing tailored therapy and support to children and their families. Whether working one-on-one with children or collaborating with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals, Natalie’s goal is to empower children to reach their full potential and lead happy, fulfilling lives.

    Natalie has completed the following certificates and qualifications including Traffic Jam in my Brain®; Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Feeding Therapy; Autism Focused Intervention Resources & Modules; Social Narratives; Retained Primitive Reflexes Training (Webinar); Talking Toileting; and Handwriting and CO-OP Approach.

Victoria (Tori) 

Occupational Therapist

Tori is a determined and outgoing occupational therapist who enjoys delivering enjoyable and functional interventions and strives to help children achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. She attained a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Western Sydney University.

  • Tori has experience working with neurodivergent children (Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder); children with neurological and neuromuscular conditions (including Cerebral Palsy and Muscular Dystrophy); children with diagnosed genetic conditions; Global Developmental Delays; Intellectual Disabilities; Mental Health Challenges; and those with trauma backgrounds.

    Tori is enthusiastic about forming positive relationships with children, their families and other essential stakeholders to support them to participate in desired occupations. She strives for these occupations to foster optimal participation and engagement through goal-directed and play-based therapy, developmental therapy, parent coaching and assistive technology.

    Victoria has undertaken training including Traffic Jam in My Brain® (sensory integration); DIR®/Floortime™ (emotional and developmental capacities); Assessing and Prescribing Wheelchairs, GTK Power Mobility Assessment (equipment prescription); Mechanical Assessment Tool (MAT) Evaluation; Trauma Informed Care; and Key Word Sign.

Anis

Occupational Therapist

Anis specialises in paediatric occupational therapy, particularly for children with neurodevelopmental disorders, and is dedicated to crafting personalised treatment plans that enhance children’s functional skills and overall development. She holds a Bachelor’s of Occupational Therapy from Jondishapour University of Iran. She has extensive experience working with children across a range of diagnoses, including Global Developmental Delay, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Sensory Processing Difficulties, Handwriting challenges, Intellectual Disabilities, Attention Disorder and Emotional Dysregulation.

  • Anis is passionate about supporting children, by improving their engagement and communication skills. She has a particular interest in sensory integration and neurodevelopmental difficulties that co-occur with conditions like Cerebral Palsy and Down Syndrome. Anis values the variety, energy, and creativity that children bring to therapy sessions. She enjoys collaborating with families to create engaging, individualised approaches that enhance developmental outcomes and foster meaningful participation in daily activities.

    Anis is committed to continuous professional growth and has pursued advanced training in various therapeutic techniques. Her specialised training includes programs such as Sensory Room Fundamentals; Apraxia Therapy; Sensory Integration Strategies; Emotional Regulation Assessments; Executive Functioning; and Managing Challenging Behaviors. Additionally, Anis is skilled in Family-Centered Practice, Visual Perceptual Rehabilitation, Motor Learning, and Attention Rehabilitation. This diverse training empowers Anis to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care to children with a wide range of developmental needs.

Monica  

Occupational Therapist

Monica is an Occupational Therapist who has a passion for collaborating with children and their families to implement holistic and evidence-based interventions, that enable children to develop their independence and promote meaningful participation in their lives. Monica graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with Distinction. Monica has experience working with children and adolescents living with Developmental Delays, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Genetic Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, and those experiencing learning difficulties, challenges with self-care and social participation.

  • Monica is passionate about working with young children and their families to support their needs and goals and does so through neurodiversity affirming, play-based and child led therapies, sensory therapies, developmental therapy, parent coaching, assistive technology and goal directed therapy. Monica is an enthusiastic therapist who works to develop strong therapeutic relationships with her clients and their families to collaboratively peruse their goals in a holistic and informed manner.

    Monica has additional training in Family Centred Practice; Trauma Informed Care; Play Based Therapy; Child Led Therapy; Neuroaffirming Practice; Sensory Processing and Integration; Seating and Positioning; Child Mental Health; Autism; Pathological Demand Avoidance; and Goal Directed Therapy.

Kate

Occupational Therapist

Kate is a passionate Occupational Therapist and enjoys making a difference by supporting children and their families to fulfil their goals through client-centred practice. She enjoys using fun and creative ways to engage and help the children that she works with in a supportive environment in the clinic, at schools and in the community.

  • Kate graduated from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. She has experience working with children, between the ages of 3 to 14 years old, who are neurodivergent (Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), as well as those with global developmental delays.

    Kate has advanced training in family and client-centred practice, trauma-informed practice, neuroaffirming practice and play-based therapy. Specific intervention-based courses that she has completed include Autism Matters by Kim Barthel, Therapeutic Listening Quickshifts by Vital Links, DIR Floortime, Traffic Jam in my Brain by Sensory Tools Australia, A 3 Step Approach to Nurturing Interoceptive Awareness by Kelly Mahler and Key Word Sign by Kids Uni.
