Erika

Senior Physiotherapist, Allied Health Assistant (AHA) Coordinator

Erika is an experienced physiotherapist who completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences/Masters of Physiotherapy at Western Sydney University. Erika has experience working with children who present with prematurity; are at high risk of or have been diagnosed with a neurological condition (including seizure disorders, stroke and cerebral palsy); have a potential or diagnosed genetic syndrome (e.g. Trisomy 21); are neurodivergent (Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD) as well as those with global developmental delays (GDD). She also has significant experience in the assessment and management of talipes; head shape deformities; torticollis; gross motor delays; gait abnormalities (e.g. toe-walking) and hypermobility, as well as rehabilitation following post-acute injury (e.g. post-fracture and ankle sprains).

  • Erika is very passionate about delivering holistic, high-quality therapy to help children reach their full potential. She is friendly and welcoming in her approach and is committed to providing family centred care. She tailors her physiotherapy approach to incorporate evidence-based practice while meeting the unique needs of the child and goals of the family. She implements a child-led, play-based model to help children remain engaged so that they can effectively learn and succeed in reaching their goals.

    Erika has advanced training in DIRFloortime, casting (including serial casting), the Hammersmith Infant Neurological Examination (HINE) and the Cognitive Orientation to daily Occupational Performance (CO-OP) course in February 2025.

Jenny

Clinical Lead Physiotherapy, Senior Physiotherapist

Jenny graduated from The University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) and supports the physiotherapy team as the clinical lead in their growth and development. Jenny enjoys empowering clients and families to see potential and partnering to achieve their goals in gross motor development, mobility, functional movement and life skills. Jenny has over 17 years’ experience working with children with mild to complex disabilities including Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay, Trisomy 21, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Traumatic brain injury, Acquired brain injury in addition to rare genetic conditions and syndromes.

  • Jenny has a particular passion in early intervention for babies and infants and has additional training in assessments including the Hammersmith Infant Neurological Examination (HINE) and Bayley Scales of Infant Development (BSID).

    Jenny has also worked as an ECEI planner to support these families to access NDIS and delivered disability training to large disability organisations in previous roles. She has advanced training in positive behaviour support management, basic course of DIR®/ Floortime™ and extensive experience in equipment prescription including seating and mobility aids, Botox support, orthopaedic and spinal surgery support, Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy support, upper and lower limb serial casting.

Diana

Physiotherapist

Diana is an enthusiastic physiotherapist who holds a Bachelor of Clinical Science and Doctor of Physiotherapy from Macquarie University. Diana has experience working with children who present with prematurity; are at a high risk of or who have a neurological condition (including cerebral palsy); are neurodivergent (autism spectrum disorder, ADHD); a diagnosed genetic condition (including trisomy 21 and Sjögren-Larsson syndrome, Prader Willi syndrome); as well as those with global developmental delays. Diana also has significant experience in the assessment and management of feet posture (in-toeing, out-toeing), head shape deformities; torticollis; gait abnormalities (e.g. toe-walking) and hypermobility.

  • Diana is passionate and committed to helping children of all abilities reach their full potential. She strives to make therapy fun, engaging, and family-centred, ensuring each child feels supported in their journey. Using a play-based and evidence-informed approach, Diana collaborates closely with families to create individualised therapy plans that enhance function, strength, coordination, and independence. She values a holistic and collaborative approach, working alongside other therapists, educators, and caregivers to achieve the best outcomes for every child. Diana also has a particular interest in equipment and assistive technology prescription such as orthoses, walkers, standing frames, wheelchairs, strollers and modified bikes.

    Diana is dedicated to ongoing professional development and continually expands her knowledge and skills to provide high-quality, evidence-based care that empowers children and their families. Diana has advanced training in DIR Floortime, Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development (4th Edition) Gold Standard Assessment for Developmental Delays and Dynamic Movement Intervention (Level A and B).
