Renee
Clinical Lead Speech Pathology, Senior Speech Pathologist
Renee is an experienced Certified Practising Speech Pathologist who holds a Master of Speech Language Pathology from the University of Sydney. Renee has experience working with children with developmental disabilities including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, genetic conditions (including RETT syndrome, Trisomy 21, and other rare conditions), intellectual disability, global developmental delay, and children who have fussy or restricted eating. She has experience supporting children with a range of communication needs including language delays and disorders, fluency (e.g. stuttering), literacy difficulties, speech sound disorders (e.g. phonological disorders, articulation disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, childhood dysarthria), and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).

Renee is committed to providing therapy using fun, collaborative, neurodiversity affirming, and evidence-based approaches.
Renee has additional training in therapy approaches including Hanen More than Words, Lee Silverman Voice Training (LSVT), DIR Floortime, Liberator Access and Foundations, the Lidcombe Program, Language Acquisition through Motor Planning (LAMP), Trauma and culturally informed practice, Nuffield Dyspraxia Program (NDP3), supporting older children & adolescents with reading comprehension & written expression difficulties, stimulability approach, Key Word Sign, and Babble and Munch Paediatric Feeding Foundations Program.
Alyssa
Senior Speech Pathologist
Alyssa graduated from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology. She is a passionate and experienced speech pathologist with a strong commitment to helping individuals communicate with confidence.

Since beginning her career in 2018, Alyssa has worked across a range of settings, supporting children and families with their communication needs. Her clinical experience includes early intervention, speech and language delays, developmental delays, literacy support, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Global Development Delay, Developmental Delay, Intellectual Disability and Oppositional Defiance Disorder.
Alongside her clinical work, Alyssa is also a dedicated clinical educator, mentoring the next generation of speech pathologists. She brings a supportive and practical approach to supervision, creating positive learning environments for students to grow their skills and confidence.
Alyssa values collaboration, kindness, and evidence-based practice in everything she does. Whether working with clients or students, she is driven by the belief that communication is a human right, and everyone deserves to be heard.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, boxing and dancing. She’s also passionate about creating a strong sense of community, both in and out of the clinic.
Jessica (Jess)
Speech Pathologist
Jessica is an experienced speech pathologist who holds a Bachelor of Speech and Hearing Sciences from Macquarie University and a Master of Speech Pathology from University of Technology Sydney.

Jessica has experience working with children who present with neurological conditions (including cerebral palsy); are neurodivergent (autism spectrum disorder, ADHD); a diagnosed genetic condition (including chromosome 22q11.2 microduplication syndrome); as well as those with global developmental delays. Jessica is passionate about helping children from birth to 16 years of age as well as their families to achieve their communication goals. Jessica has worked with children and adults with a range of communication difficulties including speech sound disorders, language difficulties, stuttering, and literacy difficulties.
Jessica has advanced training in the Nuffield NDP3 Dyspraxia Programme, Assessment & Implementation for AAC and the Sounds Write approach to literacy. Jess enjoys spearfishing, doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and going to the beach in her spare time.
Catherine (Cat)
Speech Pathologist
Catherine holds a Bachelor of Speech Pathology and a Minor in Child and the Community from Western Sydney University. Catherine has experience working with children present with delays in their communication milestones, neurological and developmental disabilities (autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, global developmental delay, intellectual disabilities), and behavioural disorder (oppositional defiant disorder).

Catherine has a passion for supporting pre-school and school-aged children in empowering them to participate in all activities of their daily life. Her approach is rooted in family-centred care, ensuring therapy aligns with the needs and strengths of each family. She embraces a holistic perspective, incorporating goals and play-based strategies to create an engaging therapy session that foster meaningful progress and development.
Catherine has completed training in an Introduction to DIR and DIR Floortime; Key Word Sign Australia; Nuffield NDP3 Dyspraxia Programme, and Sounds-Write.
Sophie
Speech Pathologist
Sophie graduated from the University of Sydney with a Masters of Speech Language Pathology.

She is passionate about working with children from birth to 16 years of age, with a particular interest in supporting older children as they develop their communication skills. She has experience working with children with a range of communication difficulties, including speech sound disorders, language delays, literacy challenges, and augmentative and supporting those using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Sophie has worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Developmental Delays, and Intellectual Disabilities, tailoring her approach to suit the unique strengths and needs of each child.
Sophie believes in making therapy engaging, individualised, and evidence-based. She strives to create a fun and supportive environment where children feel confident in their abilities and motivated to learn. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys exploring the outdoors through snowboarding and scuba diving and expressing her creativity through painting.
